A sales order is the order that is created by a customer places an order in your e-Shop.

When items in an order requires different handling, it can be split into multiple fulfilment orders for different handling correspondingly.

For examples:

• Item 1 and Item 3 are from seller A, while item 2 is from seller B
• Item 1 and Item 3 are store pick-up, while item 2 is from home delivery

Depends on your role in an order workflow, you may manage and order through the web interface or the mobile app.

For platform admin to view fulfilment order, goes to "Orders" > "Fulfilment" on menu

For seller admin to view fulfilment order, goes to "Orders" under menu
