When allocation percentage does not add up to 100%, you can set auto allocation with the option 'Enable remainder'.

It distributes remaining inventory evenly across channels, as per priority*.

With the same allocation

*priority : the larger the number, the higher the priority

Remaining stock will be distributed to each channel one by one, as per priority.
