The dashboard provides quick access to order(s).

After looking up an order, you can then change the order status.


Please note that orders in past 7 days are shown by default.



Search by inputting order number

Simply input the order number (in full or partial), and click 'Submit'


Search by scanning code

In case there is a barcode on your printout, you can click below button to scan it

Order(s) by status


By clicking on the 'tile' on dashboard (e.g. 'Pending'), you can shortlist all orders with a particular status, within the default time range. 


The list of statuses is based on fulfilment workflow.
